As part of the Stabilisation and Support Package and supplementary Resilience Budget announced by DPM Heng Swee Keat, the ETSP is a time-limited funding for selected sectors to cover eligible courses before 1 Jan 2021. SATS Academy has been appointed by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) as the official training partner for companies in the air transport sector.

Employees of eligible companies in the air transport industry who are Singaporeans and Permanent Residents will enjoy enhanced Course Fee support at 90% of course fees, and enhanced Absentee Payroll (AP) at 90% of hourly basic salary, capped at $10 per hour.

Companies that are under the eligible list only need to pay 10% of the course fees. Companies not under the eligible list will need to pay full fees.

For companies eligible for the ETSP, SATS Academy will disburse the enhanced AP to companies after their employees (Singaporeans / PR) have completed and passed the course.

Individuals who are interested to attend our training programmes may tap on the Enhanced Training Support Package (ESTP) if they are working in one of the eligible companies in the air transport sector.

This funding is only valid for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents who are employees of eligible companies in the air transport industry.

If you’re applying for training as an individual and is working in one of the eligible companies, you will enjoy enhanced Course Fee support at 90% of course fees*. Hence, only 10% of the course fees will be payable.

Individuals from companies that are not under the eligible list will need to pay full course fees. Enhanced Absentee Payroll is not applicable for individual sign-ups.
* You will be required to show proof of your employment in your company.
