SATS Academy courses are open to all, particularly companies in the air transport sector. Under the Enhanced Training Support Package (ETSP), eligible companies in the air transport sector are able to enjoy enhanced Course Fee support at 90% of course fee, and enhanced Absentee Payroll (AP) at 90% of hourly basic salary, capped at $10 per hour.

For companies not in the eligible list, full course fees would be applicable.

SkillsFuture credits are only applicable for WSQ Forklift course. All other courses from SATS Academy are under the ETSP funding.

No, SATS Academy courses are only applicable for course fees subsidy under the ETSP scheme for eligible companies in the air transport sector.

Currently the ETSP is only applicable for the list of eligible companies. To enjoy subsidised course fee under other types of grants, you may enrol with other applicable training providers from your sector.

Before the class, SATS Academy will send you an invoice with bank details for you to make payment.

The calculation is based on MOM formula: (SSG will confirm the formula, SSG require employer to declare the hourly salary of the employee in an AP form.)

Yes, SATS Academy will send a simple survey to the employer 3 months after the trainee attended the training. The employer will respond to the survey and send it back to SATS Academy. This survey will serve as the declaration.

When the employer registers the employee for training, the employer will need to fill in an AP form to declare the salary of the employee. SATS will pay the employer the AP accordingly.

Upon payment of course fees, AP would be reimbursed in 2-3 weeks.

Your company will need to be under the list of eligible companies in the ETSP for air transport sector to be eligible for AP.
